Do you have a store?
Currently, the Rhicreative range is retailed online.
Whilst we don’t have a retail store, we do have many beautiful retail stockists throughout Australia and NZ. If you would like to view our products we encourage you to visit one of these stores. A list of our stockists can be found here.
Why should I sign up for the newsletter?
Customers who register for our newsletter are the first to hear about sale events, special offers, new product releases and more.
Payment & Purchasing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Orders will not be dispatched until the invoice is paid.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Rhicreative uses the NAB Transact Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. NAB Transact processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the NAB Transact gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Rhicreative or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within NAB’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- NAB at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Rhicreative.
Am I able to change my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately, you’re unable to add or delete items from your order. However, you can create a new order. Please use the contact us form or call 0438 612 154 Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5pm and we will assist wherever possible.
What should I do if my payment has been declined?
If your payment has been declined in the first instance, please try resubmitting the order. If your payment is declined again please contact your bank.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to place an online order, however by creating an account you’ll be able to:
- shop faster
- view current/past orders
How do I go about making a wholesale purchase?
We’re always excited to have new stockists on board. If you would like to become a Rhicreative stockist call us on 0438 612 154 Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:00pm to discuss further.
If you’re an existing stockist, please login by going to “Account Login” and entering your username and password to get accurate product pricing information. Please proceed through the shop/checkout as you would normally.
Please note – there is a $150.00 minimum spend (shipping excluded) for Wholesale orders.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, please go to “My Account” and click ‘Forgot your password’.
How much does delivery cost?
All our products are shipped through Australia post. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight/quantity of your items.
Larger/fragile items such as framed prints will incur an extra delivery charge of $10.00.
How long will my order take to arrive after dispatch?
Typical delivery times expected are:
Adelaide – Approximately 2-3 business days
Sydney, Melbourne – Approximately 5-7 business days
Brisbane, Perth – Approximately 7-10 business days
All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days. Please note these time frames are estimates and Australia Post endeavours to meet these estimates at all times.
When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. All orders dispatched within 2-3 business days from date of payment received. We will contact you if we experience a delay.
Do you ship internationally?
Rhicreative is based in Australia. At the moment we ship to locations in Australia and New Zealand.
Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?
Yes, orders can be delivered to PO Boxes.
Does someone need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes, someone needs be available to accept delivery, as Australia Post requires a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, we suggest having your order delivered to your work address if you are unable to be home during business hours.
